      Pros

      Decent pay but that has been frozen for 2 years now!

      Cons

      Horrible environment to work in, managers who don’t know what they are doing, terrible communication, very restrictive holiday policy, HR are awful, staff turnover through the roof.....whole company is falling to pieces!

      Change is in the air...

      Pros

      Company started going through a major transformation (Agile) so there is a lot of change. Good opportunity to learn new technologies, etc.

      Cons

      With the Agile transformation coming in things can get a bit overwhelming as far as workload goes.

      Pros

      Nice office in central London with perks (coffee, teas, fruits and snacks) Fairly flexible work arrangements Good pay and benefits (pension, healthcare and so on)

      Cons

      Huge turnover Extremely political environment which makes it difficult to work with other teams (that would report to a different VP for example) No company culture or feeling to belong No focus on personal development plan: no objectives set, no 121s, no reviews, no advice which makes it really hard to know how you are performing
