Pros

Getting this job has boosted my confidence loads as you get so much support from colleagues and management, the managing director always taking time out to give extra training when needed and making sure all staff are happy.

Cons

Needs to be more interaction within the different departments. They do have a Christmas and summer event every year so it gives you a chance to speak with the whole company. But would be good if we could do more within the office.
