Cons

Absolutely shocking. Dinosaur management who just talk corporate waffle! Bosses are old fashioned with no fresh ideas and are trying to role out a failed business model from Certas. Completely reliant on a new delivery system as if it the holy grail! Whilst your patting each other on the back your customers are walking away. “We don’t want to be the biggest, We want to be the best” Laughable!

Houston, Katy office micro manages all of their employees. Employees who have been there for a long time bully new employees, and management not HR does anything.
