not properly value employee, treat unfairly; make good relationship with management is the only way to success at here; global company runs in mama papa style and in a constant reactive state; Highly ambiguous and inconsistent when it comes to communicating transparency, trust, collaboration and respect.

Some really lovely colleagues and a great location for the office

Cons

Company and managers resistant to change. No drive for improvement or innovation. High turn over rate as it was clear the company did not value its staff and want to invest in them to progress, learn new skills and develop already existing ones. No learning and development offered. Quite mundane work.
