We are encouraged to rotate to different teams around the company as a form of continuous learning. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and upward mobility, especially early in your career. Great people in general and you are able to easily contact people who are in high positions at the company.

Cons

A lot of cost cutting and job cutting. They use this lack of job security as a psychological tool to do things like force you to move closer to the HQ in Miami, but don't adjust the salaries to keep up with the cost of living in Miami.

Good salary & remote working.

Cons

Colleagues were generally not friendly and I experienced a lot of toxic behaviour within the business. Onboarding was chaotic.
