      - resistance to change:no new idea can be brought forward - bullying culture: some of the emails I have received were the worst of my professional career - no communication from the top : in my 6 months tenure, we had received one email from the management team I had left a good company to work there and could not have been more disappointed. Biggest mistake of my career, left after 6 months

      It was fun while it lasted. Monthly we'd have food trucks and free breakfasts.

      Cons

      Myself and my entire team of Financial Operations Coordinators were let go during the pandemic so the company could shift our jobs to Costa Rica. It could've waited a year for our sake but instead they rushed it. They announced it at the end of April and let people go the first of June, July, August, and September.
