There is a reason they pay well. They can't keep good people for long and the favoritism is very evident. Worst HR Department I have ever worked in but still learned from this awful experience. Alot of ego's even within the HR department and unless you are liked, you will not succeed. Take it as a learning experience and move on from this toxic workplace.
