No one helps each other, so we aren’t able to help customers - we lose a worrying amount of customers a month. No responses from operations so you are left guessing. Usually have to work overtime (without overtime pay). Complaints aren’t taken seriously (racist comments were made by a member of staff, this was raised to HR and all they did was pass it onto the manager who said it can’t be said again!) - This is disappointing and disgusting, especially for how much they say they don’t tolerate this language and are an inclusive company. Also women seem to be treated differently to men here, when I speak to female colleagues, they say males colleagues (not all of course, but the majority) are usually very rude and treat them like they know nothing. Do not check on staff at all - many colleagues now suffer with their mental health. Company is too greedy - admits to taking on more work than they can cope with but then does nothing about it, which causes more stress for staff as we don’t get answers. Constant complaints from customers - majority of the time the customer is in the right, so it is very hard to defend the company. Drivers and operations managers aren’t held account and should be. We are very rarely able to help customers but are expected to then speak to them about other products and get more of their business? Company does whatever it can to save money. Customers are expected to wait for us with no answers when there order is overdue, this should NEVER be the case - Orders can be delayed up to two weeks as well. Not allowed to ask questions/escalate orders until mid-afternoon. - usually don’t respond so customers always go without answers.
