      Pros

      The recruiting team was responsive and provided timely updates on the process. They communicated all the important information and were instrumental in scheduling interviews and answering questions. I was treated professionally and with respect throughout the process.

      Cons

      Because it was a thorough process, it could take a bit of time, but I was kept informed at every step and enjoyed all the follow up meetings as it also provided an opportunity for me to fully vet the company and position.

      Pros

      Great opportunities for promotion if you don't complain and are ok with being insulted at times.

      Cons

      Mass layoff of great employees that cost a little more whilst outsourcing to cheaper countries might seem like a wise option financially but it makes everyone else feel dispensable and unwilling to go the extra mile for a company that will throw you to the side despite years of dedication and sacrifice.

      Entrepreneurial culture. Global but local. Many opportunities internally.

      Cons

      A little red-tape given that it is public listed so a lot of internal due diligence to go through. Risk appetite is diminishing as the company grows.
