Wood Mackenzie touts its culture as a positive distinctive. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Their culture is one of the most unusual and toxic that I have witnessed. It is rare to be part of an organization where dissent is so common and expressed so openly. No positive suggestions for reform simply a constant groan of discontent from across the organization. Senior management is mostly absent as you don’t often hear from them and they certainly are not around to provide anything resembling leadership. In my experience there is no rationality to their business decisions. It is largely based on emotions and relationships.
