- Good morale particularly among the recently graduated from college - Exposure to the industry for the upstream analysts as you are visiting operators and learning the O&G industry as you go - Excellent reputation: WM is the gold standard - Good and improving collaboration among teams - Nice launching pad for B-school or something else - Excellent vacation

Cons

- Some insularity at the mid to upper level - Some naivete that we wouldn't be so vulnerable in the downturn

- great company to work for. (good management team in place) - great culture where management trusts their employees and show flexibility (working from home when needed) - great products (the best on the current market) due to the high quality of our research team (600 analysts globally accross commodities and macro economic team) - great relationship with clients which is a nice position to be in.
