My job at WoodMac is my first real job after uni and I couldn't be happier. My manager is lovely and always focuses on my growth and development, and overall the company makes work-life balance very easy. They always accommodate your need, doctor's appointment, flat viewings, etc. There is a very friendly atmosphere and overall a comfortable place to work.

Cons

There are frequent reorganisations and some politics to manoeuvre.
