It used to be a very nice place to work once upon a time!

Cons

Full of politics, they always let go of good talent and make people who are completely useless as lead. The management doesn't care about anyone except those who are "Yes men". One manager gives you a title and after that manager leaves, the title is taken back. Filled with juniors and those thinking they know everything. High attrition rate due to unsustainable work environment. And yes by the way no career growth, just stagnate.

Many talented people with a great social side.

Cons

Very difficult to gain promotion, unless you're in with the 'old boys'. Not clear who knows the whole plan for the future of the business. Too many VPs with their own agendas, who regularly come and go, with not much change in the day to day work.
