Flexible timing ( depends on your manager/ lead ) Wfh (2 days office 3 days wfh setup) Lot of exposure with AI ... Strong push from management in leveraging AI Stable company

Work life balance is biggest con here ... You mostly can not logoff at 6 pm for most of the days ... You have to push at least upto 9 pn everyday at least in my project.... But it might depend upon the project but most of the projects it will be as this only
