Pros

Good place for starters Customer portfolio

Cons

- Rotten core causing toxic work environment; lots of Nepotism - Lack of innovations, due to prioritizing unrealistic comittments over quality and improvements - Pilot-ready solutions in production - Integrations that are being sold do not exist - Low levels of customer satisfaction; multiple customer escalations - Higher/senior management does not have a clue about what is actually going on, simply have a vision and try to impose it regardless of whether it is realistic or not. - Based on the above; a lot of shortcuts are made when it comes to solution development - HR is a proper joke and nobody takes them seriously; work-life-balance is not a priority for them; nor is employee satisfaction or development; HR staff is incompetent and do not have any training or psychological insights/depth required to be efficient in HRM - Culture is very much based on "blame and shame" and backstabbing

Failing HR, inadequate management.

Pros

Informal atmosphere Colleague's are fun to work with

Cons

HR decides salaries, only people with good personal connections to HR will get a good salary. Salaries do not follow predetermined scales and are assigned on personal relationships or lucky timing. Huge disconnect between HR and the employees. Management has no clue what's good for the company and prefer politics and quick crappy fixes over investing in people and products with a long term vision and quality. Work is chaotic with no processes in place, its a corporate battleground. People either don't care or burn out or leave the company.

Pros

People you work with are generally fine and majority of them care. You can also work around things

Cons

Lack of processes and structures. A lot of things are driven by sales and HR. No proper way of handling growth path, learning. I know people very willing to learn but no support from the company at all. Discrimination and unfairness when it comes to promotions, salaries and bonuses - everything led by toxic HR.
