flexible scheduling, excellent benifits, paid time off, education options, wide variety of career options. generally friendly, cheerful workspace. high level of comaraderie and helpfullness in the middle and lower levels. upper management/leadership is willing to invest in employees and promote from within.
Cons
large, somewhat disorganized corporate structure. general brand/marketing/structure confusion. poor top down communication. very reactive management, little long term vision. few of the top level managers have experience in the markets in which their company's product and services are sold.
