      Double standards + Invisible Human Resource

      The office is located conveniently at the fringe of the city. Plenty of beautiful ladies near (not in) the office.

      Cons

      1) Lots of double standards in work practices and compensations 2) Human resource manager who ca'nt seems to do her job 3) Horrible internal processes - I wonder how they could be trusted to developed their client IT system 4) and many many more....

      1. No need to worry about the project deadlines. 2. Work to impress management. 3. No one will pesture you to complete the work. 4. Onsites if your lucky.

      Cons

      1. Salary is very less when compared to other companies. 2. No work competence. 3. No internet, chatting. 4. You should be in the office for atleast 8.5 hours.
