      Good Brand to work for. Many projects under its belt and surely would never be short of projects. Spread across in a good landscape of opportunities across the globe.

      Cons

      comparatively worst salary and hikes. Specially for the lower management and engineers. High level management enjoys the game in this regard. Growth would be possible only by ur rapo and not talent or hardwork Regular politics like any other company. Never transparent and honest in terms of employee benefits Inspite a long history of low employee satisfaction.. no efforts to improve the same

      The company has grown too big in size and employees are treated like commodities. Appraisals are kind joke, it is more like who you know what you you do.
