      Great culture and emphasis on building a workplace where each individual is treated fairly based on their identity and performance, there is constant improvement on making a safe and inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong, been here for 2 years now and can’t complain - Even with such uncertainty in the market, Wipro has kept its people as first priority!

      If compensation is a big factor for you, some roles at Wipro do not have great starting packages but with time growth is ensured

      Pros

      I loved this company when I joined. I admired all the senior leaders a lot. I was a very passionate professional. But these people destroyed my career.

      Cons

      I recently resigned from my job here because of one cruel Manager. My Manager in compliance was harassing me since one year, I was very dedicated and hardworking, yet my manager never acknowledged my efforts. Even during fever, she used to force me to work. I informed about all this to my HR also but like all the HRs she didn’t do anything at all. Finally I resigned. Pathetic part is that my manager and HR accepted the resignation within one hour. Imagine what kind a company is it.
