I was incredibly well received from the first day, the processes are clear, the management is very capable, there are many opportunities for development, and the benefits are wonderful. That said, the mission to promote well-being isn't just from the inside out; it starts with the organizational culture itself. I couldn't be happier.

- Growth & development opportunities - Heavily subsidised Wellhub memebrship - Very competitive paternity leave - Work remote policy (up to 4 weeks remote working per quarter) - Hybrid work (recommended 1-2 days in office per week) - Generous private medical insurance for you & a spouse

Cons

- Very fast paced - Limited women in leadership positions (especially C-suite) - Can be slow to fire or manage low-performers
