Toxic management and bad HR practices. Company engages into burning out employees in an attempt to make them quit. Many reported cases of burnout.

If you have any questions, just send a chat to the person in charge, and they will try to help. - Benefits: The benefits at Wellhub are very good, plus we get 100% free access to the platform. - Technology: We are always working with new tech, so engineers don't fall behind. - Personal Time Off: - Home Office

Cons

Overall, I don't see any cons to working at Wellhub. We have a review process where our requests are heard and met as much as possible.
