      Pros

      Vinci Energies is may of a lot of small companies with god skills in all fields of construction and electricity. It was a really good experience with enought freedom to try some new things and help to develop company and myself.

      Cons

      High Prices of VINCI ENERGIES versus the market price is the most downside of VINCI ENERGIES.

      Pros

      The rates are good although this is for engineers/professionals and am pretty sure labourers get a lot less- Decent Hours - 8.30 to 5.30 although permanent staff stay and arrive a lot later/earlier Interesting Project - Very wide range of works can learn alot if you are interested

      Cons

      The work can get repetitive at times and naturally construction projects have a pressure to meet deadlines
