Poor support structure, poor salary

Poor work wear, a van that was too small, it's hard to earn overtime, my timesheet was altered without consent, cliquey environment, company not focused on the task at hand, managers more bothered about appeasing upper management than anything else, unrealistic work loads due to high turnover of staff and you have to explain yourself like a child on a regular basis. There's too many others to mention but I'd avoid this company at all costs.
