      Some of the people are nice

      Cons

      They'll exploit you and pay you way less than you deserve. Then they'll give you the axe just as soon as you finish an important project and replace you with overseas workers so they can pay even less.

      Valorem is the best place to work. They provide everything for the employees and all co-workers & managers are friendly. There is over burden of work.

      “Unlimited” PTO, free office snacks

      Cons

      Below cost-of-living raises, infrequent promotion, major lack of institutional knowledge, extremely sparse and often non-existent QA on projects. Extremely low pay for engineering, raises do not occur on an annual basis, and typically “everyone is a 6” despite your work being sold as best-in-class.
