RSUs - We received good number of shares as part of appraisals. But I hear they have stopped it now. Facilities are better than many companies, pantry is excellent.
Cons
Infested with internal office politics. A lot of managers were relatives of each other and highly unprofessional. Quality of work in operations was among the worst I have seen. Hiring unqualified people only because they were from a particular neighbouring state or they were relatives of someone they know is common in PSO ops, deal desk teams etc. Even though I personally didn't face any discrimination and I earned decent salary, I quit only because of the low quality of work offered and the unprofessional environment. VMware Bangalore is a toxic place if you join expecting highly professional MNC culture. Strongly advice to avoid joining this company if you are going to be a part of Operations or Finance.
