Salary, training resources, PA campus A lot of smart engineer

Cons

- Political environment is destroying the company, leadership promote their friends - Benefits changes, company switch from Aetna to UHC to save money and seriously impacting the employees and families. HR doesn't do anything to help, just exist for administrative works - The EPIC2 values pushed by high executives, doesn't reflect the reality on the management level. This is a serious issue across the all BUs

You can be remote occasionally

There is ABSOLUTELY NO work life balance. You have a great group of SVP’s and above. The MOST ARROGANT group of VP’s. There are so many things you can go to HR with in how they treat their employees. I’ve seen different team members reprimanded publicly it’s demoralizing.

Amazing company in terms of perks for employees and the facilities Well paid Flexible work environment

Cons

They could throw you away anytime and it is consistent in VMware where people are thrown out every year. Most likely, new employees are thrown as they follow LIFO method to throw people out. This is the biggest issue as you will trust such big giant and enter the company but will be thrown out easily for business reasons and not performance related
