      Pros

      Fabulous work life balance. Little to no work on weekends. Great culture. Continues to grow in size so a lot of opportunity to try different jobs. Moves very fast so you are never bored. Great direction from senior leadership. Everyone I work with is top notch and over achieves therefore you do not have to pick up the slack for someone else

      Cons

      Hire too many people in management roles outside of the company instead of promoting from within. Limited travel budget so I meet with my team in person only once a year. The rest of the time is via webex

      Pros

      Great place to work; rewarding as you are bringing a new technology to the market. It was a great feeling of upsetting competition in its early days. The Channels are very well defined, hence it helps projects the clarity of org distribution channel.

      Cons

      Not much flexibility to move with new roles to different geographies, which is how most MNCs should work upon to keep the workforce engaged, challenged and exposed. Compensation is not great and workload heavy.
