Pros

The main campus is wonderful with great facilities and lots of perks. There are great employee benefits including a nice 401K match and also "matching gifts" for charity. Many organized functions and events for employee participation.

Cons

The growing size has made the atmosphere is very political. There is too much middle management that are not good managers. Valuable contributors are getting overlookedThere is excessive bureaucracy that hinders productivity.

GREAT Benefits, It seems that every time I turn around, they improve benefits and add something else. Flexible work schedule, and working from home is great.

Cons

Work load is heavy. Communication is often lacking. But they are working on communication improvements.
