compensation is really good and you get to work with interesting customers.

Cons

after broadcom acquired VMware the mentality shifted completely. Being a customer-friendly company before, that really valued every employee, the focus now is solely on profit.

- Benefits and employee appreciation like no other!! Well-being allowance, generous base salary, bonus, car allowance, regular company shut down days and extra time off. Generally good vibes in the company - working with professionals in a grown up, structured workplace with a good reputation.

Cons

The company was sold which has led to layoffs - a lot has/will change.
