VMWare value and culture is unmatched from previous employers. Pay is above average. Generous Benefits. Can't complain much about this wonderful employer!

Cons

Unlimited PTO doesn't mean it's unlimited. I have a hard time logging off and taking days for myself due to this policy. While this is self inflicted, it just harder than not having set amount of days and use it lose it scenarios. Just my opinion.
