Very bad hikes. Hikes are given here like they throw a Parle G biscuit to a street dog. Me being a developer here, my salary is way below market standards. And there is no salary standards here in Airwatch. Freshers salary is equal to my salary here. Depending upon how much show off you do and how good a boot licker you are, you will get hikes depending upon that. If you go to talk to your managers about your salary, they will send you back saying we will see in the next hike cycle. Higher management are a bunch of liars. And work from home option only to selected people and not for everyone. I advice you not to join here, if at all you want to join, negotiate very hard during interview for the salary, because later hikes are horrible.
