Pros

Salary and new working environment as it was a new company in Barcelona at the time and most of the coworkers are very friendly.

Cons

More talk of EPIC values, than action, it's mostly PR. Lot's of I am superior mentality there, don't get me wrong , not everyone, but enough of that from the manager side of things. Ireland flown over colleagues which have been with the company before a while have a bit of high and mighty air to them(hope that has changed).
