Pros

free cab payment is good when you work for phones otherwise it is average but they would love to bag you for free

Cons

No Process policies HR team does not have clue about policies. On asking they will fetch details from atlanta. India Dev team management is getting worse as it is dependent on a single person who REALLY needs soft skill classes. Work from home is just for old employees, if you are just 1 year old to office you will be abused to ask work from home. PTO is a nightmare. you need to sacrifice your personal life. Your team leads are "so called techies" but they are hired because they could bag them for less money not technically brilliant. Don't expect much from them. People are overloaded with work and given no value. Only few are recognized as "go doers". Best of everything, I feel happy to leave this office. felt unfortunate working here.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to change position, and MDM is really hot these days so employers will love your resume after you've put in some time here. Also a great place to grow your technical skills, as long as you are willing and able to teach yourself. It's a great stepping-stone on your larger career path.

Cons

The pay is pretty terrible. They consistently low-ball their employees, and I'm pretty sure because of the career path I took that I was making about half of what the other folks in my department were. I doubled my salary by taking my experience elsewhere. Also, pretty much everything is always an emergency, and there is little thought given to trying to prevent small issues from ballooning into major problems.

Pros

Great benefits Good Salary ESPP and Stock option grants Fully stocked kitchen Really nice gym and campus

Cons

Very, very political environment. Everybody fights for dominance and plays mind games with employees and contractors. The only way to survive is to find a "Godfather" who will protect and nurture you. Best survival strategy is to say "yes" to everybody with little bit of power and "no" to everybody else. HR uses performance reviews and ratings as a weapon to use against you when the opportunity strikes. If you align yourself with the right people, you don't need to worry about it.
