Pros

Simple plain and honest review: 1. Better company culture and facilities then most of the companies out there( PS: I have worked in many) 2. Very good company office and if you are in GBO or GCO then you get enjoy the go connect events too, which is by the way super fun and add beer bash in every quarter and its like cherry on the top. 3. Now on to the serious part, work culture is not great unless you are in R&D. Many teams believe in manual jobs yet and still excel is bread and butter for all. But still all depends on your team and how your management looks into adaptability. 4. How your life goes is completely dependent on your manager. Either you have to be too good to be above the politics or too good in making people happy.

Cons

1. Lots of politics and a pat on back and salary hike is completely dependent on favoritism. A lot of south Indian and north Indian politics and if you know Telugu or Kannada then half your problems are solved. 2. Management is not transparent in reality and all your work is pre dominantly governed by your stakeholders in US. So, independent work, just forget it and learn to fall in line. 3. What is in mind is never shown on face and actions differ from words.

Pros

Nice office and extra curricular activities and off course some travel to SFO. Product is great, but Ops is as usual.

Cons

Leader at top is unbelievably political and has a good equation with SFO colleagues. Godfather- an Indian guy sits in US and makes it feels like it's his company.... All the hires since the last 2 years are from leading IT company and have bought in BPO Culture. It's nothing less than a fish market. The amount of time spent of song and dance - BLITZZ events had it been spent on trainings and quality of work we would have been top notch . R&D seems to be slightly better off. Trust me outsourced vendors do more work than FTE's.

Pros

I am a current employee (4 years) of Air-Watch based out of the Milton Keynes office. The office is over 2 floors and has recently been officially opened by the MK Mayor (who commented on what an amazing space it was, how the business has grown over the last 5 years and the positive impact it has had on the local community), it has great facilities and you are looked after with food, treats and drinks. I have been given the opportunity to progress during my career with Air-Watch, I feel respected and a valued member of the team. The management team are dynamic and have created an environment allowing your ideas and feedback to be heard, this has led to improved process and procedures impacting positively on employees and customer alike. There is a passion to deliver and this is clear from market share and all the analyst reports.

Cons

It not really a con, more of a reality. Bring your ‘A’ game every day, work hard and you will be rewarded well. I know it seems logical, it frustrates me when I read the negative reviews for a company that has delivered unprecedented growth. We didn't become the Global leader doing a half job!!!
