Great tech, lots of learnings, great resources and employee benefits

Cons

As my title says, it was a great place. Now it's all about how much you know your manager, how much metrics you carry. Doesn't matter how techy you are how complex problems you are solving you get recognized only when you are your Manager or Senior Managers pet. VMware is great, the exec team is great the leadership team in Bangalore GSS sucks big time. They lack people managers. There are few managers and senior mangers who still value employee.

Products, values, diversity, benefits As one of the first employees in the digital hub, I am very happy to be part of this great digital sales center journey since couple of months. It is kind of a start up, with great people behind it who are investing a lot of heart and effort to make this office a happy work place. The atmosphere is changing and growing every day as lots of new and amazing people are joining this great team.

Cons

Its difficult to tell any cons even I have been working couple of months here, as the office and the teams are growing, adapting and we are all learning and improving every day
