This was once a company with great culture of innovation and cutting-edge technology. It has degenerated into a sad state, where mediocrity rules. New products are being developed based on old, obsolete technologies (hello Flash and ExtJS). Most of the talented engineers have already left. Some senior (and I mean "senior") engineers are still there - unable and unwilling to adopt evolving technology landscape.

Toxic culture. Backstabbing. Managers who haven't a clue how to manage. No leadership at the middle management level. They just gossip about each other and their employees. Too much power in a few hands. Over past 3 years it's gotten worse, the emperor is wearing no clothes but no one had a guts to stand up to the one or two "bullies" who call the shots and are driving products into the ditch.
