      Lack of professionalism never seen before

      In more than 10 years of career, working for several companies, I have never seen a company with this level of management incompetence. Employees with no experience or ability to deal with people are promoted to management roles, causing extreme level of demotivation and frustation among his team. When reasonable suggestions (based on good practices from the market and experience) were brought in, the management considered this as a personal criticism to their work and started to ignore who proposed it. Internal and external customers were treated with high-level of disrespect, in a way that I have never experiencied in a professional company.

      Cantine, Fitness Center, International and open-minded employees, performant IT teams.

      Cons

      A good communication that hide a bad management, lack of training for employees, poor organization in the distribution of work in teams, high turnover, big gap between the consideration of employees by the management. Need to restructure the company. The advantages offered by Uniper hide a lack of well-being at work.
