Pros

PTO and The benefits are the biggest pros for anyone working there, especially if you're not a driver or another higher percentage which presents higher pay and hours!

Cons

The heat in the summer is devastating. The work pace can get hectic, but you get used to it. Some of the supervisors can get on your last nerves, but that's also with any job.

Pros

Opportunity for leadership experience and learning how a large operation functions on a daily basis. Fast paced work that makes the day go by quickly with experience that can transfer well to other industries.

Cons

High turnover that creates constant training and staffing challenges. Stressful during peak periods. Expectations increase without corresponding increase in hours or staffing.
