      UPS is an excellent company to work at for 5 years, much longer and you risk having the company run/become your life.

      Pros

      Career advancement for diversity (minority and women) employees. Benefits package is very comprehensive, salary is acceptable. The legacy from the company's founders is very important to true UPSers, which is refreshing in a world where most companies don't have the history of being in business for over 100 years.

      Cons

      The culture of putting the company first at the expense of family and personal life. Career advancement for non-diverse employees (white males). Demotion of employees instead of terminating low-performers. Demoting an employee from a manager to a supervisor creates a life long supervisor that blocks the number of available slots for new (better qualified) candidates that join the company.

      benefits, pay is good but not on some days years ago i respected this company but now it dwindles dailey

      Cons

      over worked the time they expect you to do the job is not vesable on certian days,they don't get it but push saftey if you have to work at the pace they expect injurys are gonna occur
