Pros

I have been working as a Recruitment Specialist for the last 4 months where my major role is building Turing's internal team at a fast pace by making sure quality is not compromised. What I loved about Turing jobs is that you will be loaded with a lot of exciting work opportunities which helps in your overall career growth. You also get the chance to work with a team of amazing people from all over the world. Plus working remotely gives you a lot of flexibility and make sure you don't miss out on important things in your personal life too. If you are someone who is looking for a place where you want to excel in your current domain and also learn new stuff along the way, Turing is the place for you.

Pros

It's been one and a half years since I have been working with Turing. My work is mainly to grow demand and supply. Turing remote team culture is pretty good. Love to work with people from all over the world and having a purpose, knowing that you're part of something bigger, causing a positive impact in people's lives and in the world is a great feeling. Also, there are enough career growth opportunities.

Cons

nothing that I can think of at the moment

Pros

On a day-to-day basis, I'm constantly interacting with clients and engineers and love how Turing truly values humans and puts extreme effort into the experiences of each person we work with. Working remotely is a game-changer for me since it gives me the freedom and flexibility to travel all over the place. I don't have to put so much effort into my schedule when it comes to outfits, food, finding time for myself, etc.

Cons

I do miss the in-person events but I think opportunities for that will come once it's safe for everyone to travel again.
