Recent Wage increases, pension, some nice colleagues
Cons
Awfull management higher up, CEO keen on promoting friends over people who would be good at the job. Increased wages cos they have to, not cos they want to otherwise wages wouldn't have been kept so low for the past few years like they were. Not a nice company to work for
