      Horrible treatment of employees

      Pros

      They hire anyone off the street

      Cons

      Lack of ethical practices. Lack of structure. Lack of following traditional hard work and tenure promotion channels for favoritism and bullying culture. Lack of any financial rewards as in wage increase. Lack of any HR or upper management support and huge retaliatory culture. Lack of any safety and security measures for employees.

      Pros

      Transdev Alternative Services is the vendor Waymo uses for their operational workforce (i.e. the people who drive the self driving cars).

      Cons

      Shortly after I joined, I could tell the company was going to collapse. But they paid me above market rate, so despite my best judgment I kept working and wasn't surprised when I was laid off.

      the only pro is the pay everything else about the company is a chore

      Cons

      They ask you to go above and beyond with a you are lucky to be here attitude. They will let you go on a moment's notice and not care if they can replace you or not just care about the money. No leadership. Everyone just looks at an app and does what they are told, no questions asked.
