Pros

The only pros were the company events.

Cons

The callers are rude, as well as the workers in the gwinnett transit ticket office in duluth, ga. There's a difference between irrate customers here and there, than all the customers being blatantly disrespectful & using foul language all the time. There's also a difference between your manager having a bad day and your manger making jokes about your size and calling you out of your name when you make a mistake.
