      You get to work with interesting new technology, pay is nothing special but ok

      Cons

      Horrible atmosphere around the mobile device policy, you get reminded every day that you re one swipe away for being fired, so if you re looking for job security this is pretty much the last place to go!

      Pros

      Pre Covid experience was great working out of Waymo location in Mountain View. Training program was excellent and benefits / perks were top shelf.

      Cons

      Forced move to South SF Waymo location on RTW was disappointing. From the dingy facility to managements lack of operational management skills, chaos reigned. Perks significantly reduced.
