The company offers a wide area of technology fields to work on. Also there are plenty of offerings from the HR and office management team to its employees and extra benefits. Flat hierarchies, self-managed team ability and close collaboration makes a difference.

Cons

Responsibilities are sometimes not clear and need to clarified then. But this is also a chance to improve when addressing this.
