Pros

Good salary, good environment, and strong culture. Good management, everything is organized in "German style". Transparency is a must here!

Cons

German speakers will grow within the company only. They don't offer any development programs, neither online nor in person. Few benefits (just minimal benefits - gym, parking, and health insurance) One annual bonus. In certain roles, the office work is strict (3 times per week from the office).
