Nothing, they pay the salary that is all

Cons

Management backstabbing all the way down. Performance is not appreciated, brown nosing is. Do not waste a single day of your career here if you can avoid it.

office is nice and multi-cultural environment is pretty fun and awarding

Cons

all they do is hire cheap workers from outside of europe and get rid of them by mobbing when they start to complain or ask for more money, they don't invest in any of their employees or guide them in a career path
