Very stable company with possible career growth and good senior management, most departments are available to try and change career path. Average salary is a medium to the market.

Cons

Social package, like insurance, sick leave, parental benefits could be better. Also, support in professional training and overtime pay could be better compare to other companies. Career opportunities more for German speakers.
