Pros

Well maintained and very nice offices. Retained work from home after covid. Support for parents via the in office child care Kiga. Yearly training budget to allow employees to improve skillset. Regular updates to keep employees informed of company's status. Free parking near office.

Cons

Communication between different departments and office locations is sometimes not optimal.
