Team was fun to work with, many team events and performance-based bonus by end of year

Cons

Didn't enjoy working in the Portomaso offices, felt a bit claustrophobic but I think it has changed since a new building has been built opposite Portomaso building

Pros

I have worked for many companies in the same sector but Tipico outran them all. The company is fully transparent with the employees and conduct business with the highest standard of ethics and integrity. The great colleagues makes working a daily pleasure. Whenever I step in at the office, I feel at home. Who works hard, is noticed and get rewarded - company looks after its talents and internal promotions are very common. Thank you Tipico - loads of gratitude for being part of this amazing group and look forward to many more years to come.

Cons

Nothing to remark - sounds too good to be true but that is the reality.

Truly multi national and cultural. Nice & new office space. Great Summer and winter parties. New technology stack to work. Plenty of opportunities to grow for capable people.

Cons

Sometimes the management decisions are neither vice nor transparent
